The project is highly focused on combining control theoretic tools with machine learning. It therefore comprises two Research Units, one in Naples and the other in Bologna, with complementary expertise and know-how on control techniques (NA), reinforcement learning (BO, NA), mathematical modelling (NA), complex systems (NA, BO), herding and autonomous systems (BO,NA).
